RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend commitment (Friday/Saturday nights)
• No call requirements
• Patient ratios range from 1:1, 1:2, to 1:3
• 2 years of ICU experience required
• Must have comprehensive assessment skills
• Experience with care of septic patients required
• Experience with mechanically ventilated patients and hemodynamic monitoring devices required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, FH EKG exam at time of submittal
• Preferred experience with CRRT and Epic
• Floating required to other inpatient areas when home unit has low census
• Work with equipment including Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, EV 1000
• Use Epic EMR system
• Care for patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric disorders
• Must wear navy scrubs, hoodies not acceptable
• Report to 3 east in Tower building and park in employee parking (yellow lined spots)
• Orientation includes modules, Epic training if needed, and one day of unit orientation
