Description
Opportunity:
Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4/10 hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No call requirements, no weekend shifts
• Closed on holidays
• Volunteer basis for emergencies or weekend cases
• Work in 3 electrophysiology suites with combined unit approach
• Handle 22 total cases average between Cath Lab and EP (may start with 15 and take up to 15 add-on cases)
• Perform ablations, A-fib, A-flutter procedures in very advanced EP lab
• Responsibilities include circulating and assisting (core staff handles majority of documentation)
• Must be a team player and assist where able, not required to scrub in
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Must be experienced with sedation and Phase 1 recovery
• ICU or PACU experience preferred
• Must have experience in both Cath lab and EP
• EPIC experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, COVID vaccine, RCES, RCIS
• Work with St Jude and Webster EP equipment
• 1 week orientation provided
• Charting system: EPIC
• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
