Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start time may vary based on first scheduled study)
• Both adult and pediatric experience required
• Perform 15-20 studies per day in 2 rooms plus 1 holding area (3 total scanning areas)
• Perform standard echocardiograms and TEEs (transesophageal echocardiograms)
• On-call for stat echos during evenings and nights every third night
• On-call every third Saturday and corresponding Sunday weekend
• Work exclusively with echoes and TEEs - no floating to other departments
• Use Phillips equipment with EPIC charting system and PACS
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must submit unexpired driver's license copy with application
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), RDCS-AE via ARDMS
• ARDMS AE & PE certifications highly preferred
• RN from cath lab handles IV starts when needed for stress echo procedures
• Report to Manager of cath lab
