Opportunity:

IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts with rotating days off, shifts from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Call requirements include 1-2 weeknight calls per week (6:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and 1 weekend call per month (Friday 6:00 PM - Monday 7:00 AM)
• 30-minute response time required for call situations
• Must work holidays if they fall on scheduled shifts or call shifts with holiday pay provided
• Perform all interventional radiology procedures serving neuro IR, vascular, and neuro surgeons
• Scrub in and circulate for procedures, participate on call team
• Handle 10-20 cases per day plus stroke cases (1-4 per week)
• Work in 3 rooms with 2 biplane and 1 single plane scanners, hybrid OR coverage possible
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) (VI), Washington state license
• IV certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience required, travel experience and stroke receiving facility experience preferred
• Use Cerner EMR, GE Centricity RIS, and Philips Intellispace PACS
• Work with Philips department equipment
• Scrubs provided by facility
• First-day orientation includes modules and assigned preceptor for first week

The organization provides advanced imaging services with in-house radiologists during the day and on-call coverage at night, supported by multiple neuro radiologists, neuro surgeons, and vascular surgeons.
