Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with flexibility to work 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM for one shift every two weeks
• Every other weekend requirement
• Holiday coverage required
• 4:1 patient ratio with approximately 35 patients per day
• 11 beds with 1 trauma bay available
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC
• Epic EMR system
• Charge nurse responsibilities included
• Floor-specific orientation provided
• May be required to float throughout Region Two facilities including St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, St Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, and St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw
• Additional $20 per hour when floated to facilities outside primary location
• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
• BSN not required
• Washington state license required

This Critical Access Hospital operates as part of a regional healthcare system providing emergency services to the community. The facility features an 11-bed emergency department with one trauma bay and maintains 24/7 emergency physician coverage. The hospital utilizes Epic electronic medical records and provides comprehensive emergency care services with respiratory therapy available around the clock and pharmacy support through regional resources during after-hours.
