Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday requirements - facility closed on major holidays
• No on-call or standby requirements
• Minimal potential for overtime to meet clinic needs
• Perform 30-35 therapeutic radiation treatments per day
• Conduct 3-5 CT simulations daily
• Administer image-guided radiation therapy and CBCT
• Operate Varian linear accelerators and administer external beam radiation as prescribed by radiation oncologist
• Work with 1 CT simulation scanner and 1 linear accelerator
• Use ARIA and EPIC EMR systems
• Work with GE Lightspeed and Varian 2100 IX equipment
• No floating to other areas required
• No IV starts required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (T) Certified Radiation Therapist, WV state license
• Dress code: solid color scrubs (no navy blue), scrubs not provided
• Agency must provide radiation badge prior to start
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week assignment, 1 shift for shorter assignments
