Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour day shifts with call responsibilities
• Handle 10-20 cases per day on average in 2 cath labs, 2 EP labs, and 1 hybrid suite
• Assist in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles within the cardiac catheterization department
• Manage patients with STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CAD, PAD, atrial fibrillation, and flutter
• Work 8-10 call shifts per 6-week pay period with 30-minute response time
• Weekend call requirements: 2 shifts per 6-week pay cycle
• Weeknight call requirements: 1-2 shifts per week
• Holiday call coverage required
• Floating within department required
• Must have solid STEMI and cardiovascular lab technician experience
• Work within 60-mile radius of facility with valid driver's license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), RCIS via CCI, RCES via CCI
• Use Epic EMR system for charting and patient management
• Unit-specific orientation required with week-long in-state orientation
• Specific scrub color and dress code requirements
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
