Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Call requirements include 1-2 weeknight calls per week, 1 weekend per month, and rotating holidays
• 30-minute call response time required
• Float to other campuses (Lakeside & Immanuel) in Omaha as needed
• Work in 1 suite/lab handling 1-3 cases per day on average
• Scrub to assist physicians during procedures
• Monitor and document cases throughout procedures
• Handle left heart catheterizations, stent placement, ICD, and pacemaker procedures
• Treat patients with CAD, AMI, both inpatient and outpatient adults
• 1 year of catheterization lab experience required
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: ARRT or RCIS registered, BLS (AHA)
• Work with EPIC charting system, Siemens cath equipment, Siemens Sensis, Apollo, and Phillips IVUS
• Hospital-supplied scrubs provided
• Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments
• Driver's license required at submittal
• Orientation provided at 3 campuses, 1-3 days each campus
• Set daily schedule with some ability to self-schedule call
• Supervisor present in lab during shifts

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
