Description
Opportunity:
Rad Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Take call 1-2 nights per week with 30-minute response time requirement
• Work 1 weekend per month on rotating basis
• Holiday call requirements on rotating schedule
• Float as needed between three campuses: Bergan Mercy, Lakeside, and Immanuel in Omaha
• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including left heart caths, stent placement, ICD, and pacemaker procedures
• Scrub to assist physicians during procedures
• Handle monitoring and documentation for cases
• Average 1-3 cases per day in single suite/lab
• Work with inpatient and outpatient adult patients with diagnoses including CAD and AMI
• Must have 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience
• Required certifications: ARRT or RCIS registered, BLS (AHA)
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Work with EPIC charting system and equipment including Siemens cath, Siemens Sensis, Apollo, Phillips IVUS
• Hospital-supplied scrubs required
• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination
• Driver's license required for submittal
• Must live outside 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit facilities
• Orientation includes 1-3 days at each of the three campuses

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
