Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call and weekend requirements mandatory for all staff
• Holiday coverage required
• Mandatory call/standby requirement with 30-minute response time
• Floating requirements within the Main OR
• Work in 2-suite CVOR unit averaging 4 cases per day
• Assist with common cases including CABG, TAVR, minimally invasive and open valve replacements
• Minimum 2 years cardiac experience required
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
• COVID vaccine required
• Crisis Protocol approval required
• Hospital provides scrubs - dress code compliance required
• Work with Epic EMR system
• Unit/department specific orientation provided
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
