Opportunity:
Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 variable day shifts with options including 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 10-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Perform either screening or diagnostic mammography without floating between the two areas
• Handle 14 scans per day on average for diagnostic or 18-21 scans in 8-hour shifts / 21-25 scans in 10-hour shifts for screening
• Work with standard screening patients, implant patients, patients with special needs using wheelchairs/walkers, and 4D mammograms
• Operate Hologic equipment for both screening and diagnostic imaging
• Use EPIC EMR system and Change PACS system
• Must have 3-4 years of mammography experience and completed at least 1-2 contracts
• Required certifications: ARRT, Mammography certification, and BLS
• No weekend, holiday, or call requirements
• Any color scrubs acceptable as long as clean and professional
• 2-3 shifts of unit-specific orientation plus general orientation
• No IV starts required
• Cancellation policy allows 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
