Opportunity:

IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Possible Saturday shifts as needed
• No call requirements
• Handle 5-10 cases per day in interventional radiology setting
• Work in 2 general IR suites, 1 spine IR room, and 2 neuro endo suites
• Level I trauma experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), Arizona license MRTBE-CRT, BLS Certification
• VI certificate is a plus but not required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Use Cerner EMR system and DR (PACS)
• Perform procedures including GI/GJ tubes, ports, angios, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy tubes, stents, IVC filters, and blood patches
• Neuro experience preferred for endovascular procedures, embolizations, stents, and stroke treatment
• Work with Philips Allera equipment and Medrad injector
• RT scrubs with MD during sedation cases with 2 RNs present
• No floating outside of radiology department
• Manager interview required
