Opportunity:
Dosimetrist - Dosimetrist
Job Details:
• Work 40 hours per week on a 13-week contract
• Monday through Friday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• On-call requirement with 1-hour response time
• Focus on external beam radiation treatment planning only
• Present treatment plans to radiation oncologists
• Work with Eclipse/Aria treatment planning systems
• Utilize Epic EMR, PACS, MIM, and Radformation software
• Handle external beam treatments including 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, and SBRT
• Support approximately 60 patients on treatment using Varian TruBeam and Edge equipment
• Required certifications: BLS and Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)
• Must have experience with Eclipse/Aria systems
• Dress code: Gray scrubs or business casual attire
• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination
• Valid driver's license required at submittal
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility
• On-site department orientation provided by department manager

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
