Opportunity:

Rad Tech - XRay Tech

Job Details:

• Work 1st and 2nd shift positions
• Every other weekend requirement
• Rotate holidays with permanent staff
• No call or standby requirements
• Perform general radiography, OR imaging, fluoroscopy, and portable studies
• Operate 3 imaging rooms/scanners in the department
• Average 60 scans/studies per day
• Work with GE, Phillips, and Siemens equipment
• Use Meditech EMR and Intellispace PACS systems
• No floating to other departments required
• At least 1-2 years of experience required for each modality
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT and BLS
• Connecticut state license required
• Dress code: purple scrub tops and eggplant pants (scrubs not provided)
• 1 day HR orientation with additional training and shadowing based on individual needs
• No IV start requirements
• Client may cancel up to 3 shifts in a 13-week assignment without penalty
