Opportunity:

Rad Tech - Rad Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour variable day shifts starting at 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Holiday coverage may be required
• Call coverage as needed
• Rotate weekly between different areas including General Radiology, outpatient clinic, Inpatient and Outpatient Fluoroscopy, Outpatient Ortho Clinic, ER, CCU fluoro/x-ray room, and OR with 34 rooms
• Cover 10 x-ray rooms spread throughout the medical center
• Perform general radiography, fluoroscopy, OR procedures, and portable imaging
• Operate C-arm and O-arm equipment in OR settings
• Handle average of 6-7 C-arm procedures per day in OR, 10 fluoroscopy exams per day, and approximately 73 general x-rays per day
• Work with Philips DR and CR equipment, GE portable machines, Ziehm and GE/OEC C-arms, and Siemens O-arms
• Use Cerner PowerChart EMR, GE Centricity RIS, and Philips Intellispace PACS
• Required certifications: ARRT and BLS
• Must have current Washington state license at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of experience required with ER experience preferred
• Must be competent in all areas including fluoroscopy and OR procedures
• Dress code: Navy, gray, or navy/gray mix scrubs (OR scrubs provided)
• First day organizational orientation followed by one week rotation through different areas
