Opportunity:

Rad Tech - X RAY Tech - 728

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 2 eight-hour shifts and 2 twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends
• Weekend requirements include every other weekend
• Holiday requirements apply
• Required certifications: ARRT registration and BLS (AHA) certification
• Must be licensed by the State of West Virginia WVRT Board
• Minimum 1 year hospital setting experience preferred
• Experience in OR and fluoroscopy procedures required
• Perform routine X-rays, fluoroscopy studies (UGI, Esophagram, BE), IR procedures (Arthrogram, Myelogram, Nephrostomy), Scoliosis and leg length imaging
• Handle approximately 120 radiology/fluoro studies combined per day
• Work with specialized imaging equipment including C-arm, O-arm technology
• Use EPIC charting system and AGFA PACS system
• Department-specific orientation provided
• Dress code requires black scrubs (not provided by facility)
• Must have good communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of radiation safety measures required
• Physical ability to position patients for quality imaging while maintaining patient comfort
