Opportunity:

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week with every other weekend schedule
• Perform cardiac studies, SPECT scans, bone scans, bleed studies, and gastric emptying procedures
• Handle 5-10 scans/studies per average day
• Work with GE department-specific equipment using Radnet & Merge Unity EMR/PACS systems
• Chart in Cerner system
• Must have at least 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB
• May float to downtown location approximately 6.5 miles away
• First to float when needed
• On-call requirements after 4:30 PM on weekdays (rotating schedule)
• Rotating weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities
• Teal scrubs required dress code
• No IV starts required
• Work under lead technologist supervision with radiologist in-house
