Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts or day/night rotation with weekends as scheduled
• Typically scheduled for half of the total weekends
• Patient ratio of 1:6/7 (up to 1:7 maximum)
• Required to work within 50-mile radius of facility
• Must provide copy of unexpired driver's license with submission
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and NIHSS
• Care for patients with CHF, COPD, cellulitis, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, pneumonia, urosepsis, and AKI
• Titrate heparin drips based on aPTT results
• Work with telemetry monitored remotely by monitor techs
• May float as needed based on census (external travelers float first)
• Work alongside PCTs and one charge RN with assignment
• Use EPIC charting system
• Navy blue scrubs required
• No standby or call requirements
• Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract
• BSN not required
