Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Possible Saturday shifts as needed
• No call requirements
• Handle 5-10 cases per day
• Work in 2 general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room, and 2 neuro endo suites
• No floating outside of Radiology department
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), Arizona license MRTBE-CRT
• VI certificate preferred but not required
• Use Philips Allera equipment and Medrad injector
• Utilize Cerner EMR system and DR (PACS)
• Perform procedures including GI/GJ tubes, ports, angios, lumbar punctures, myelograms, neph tubes, stents, IVC filters, blood patches
• Handle neuro endovascular procedures, embolizations, stents, and stroke treatments when applicable
• Scrub with MD during sedation cases alongside 2 RNs
• Complete floor-specific orientation on specialized equipment

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
