RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work variable 4x10 hour shifts with options of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Participate in 7-day call coverage per rotation with call required one day per month, sometimes two
• Radiology nursing experience in interventional radiology/procedural preferred
• If no radiology nursing experience, ICU or Emergency Room experience required
• Critical care experience (ICU) strongly preferred
• Experience with CT scans, interventional medicine, moderate sedation, PICC lines, and anesthesia care
• Work environment similar to a Cath Lab setting
• Handle scheduled outpatients and emergency patients as needed
• Must be flexible as workload can vary and become very busy
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Use EPIC charting system
• BSN not required
• Manager offers flexible scheduling
• Acute care setting
