RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts: Day shift 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend requirement as needed
• Holiday requirement as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• 34-bed medical surgical unit
• BLS certification required
• Must be proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips
• Required to titrate drips
• May be required to float to other units
• Royal blue scrubs required
• EPIC charting system
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract
• Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from facility
• Provide care for medical surgical patients
• Work with telemetry monitoring and equipment
• Collaborate with charge nurse, transport RN, certified assistants, and respiratory therapists
