Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift with on-call rotation
• Operate in 19 operating suites handling 55-60 cases per day (approximately 1000 per month)
• Weekend coverage required approximately once per quarter
• General on-call coverage every 7th weekend with 30-minute response time
• Must be within 75-mile radius of facility based on driver's license address
• One week floor-specific orientation required
• Work with full-service facility performing all procedures except major pediatrics and transplants
• Function as level 2 trauma center with some orthopedic/neuro trauma cases
• Handle robotics cases but no C-sections in main OR
• Must have basic competency in almost every service
• Scrubbing not required but preferred for RNs
• Must work with charge nurse who reports to nurse manager
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• EMR system: Meditech
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must have 2-3 years minimum experience
• Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Skills checklist must accurately reflect experience level
• Holiday rotation with permanent staff required
• 12-hour cancellation policy every 2 weeks

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
