Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech
Job Details:
• Work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts with variable departure times between 6:30-7:00 AM depending on mobile unit location
• Operate mobile mammography unit "Bonnie's Bus" traveling to various sites
• Average driving distances range from 30 miles to over 100 miles (1.5-4 hours travel time)
• Drive "chase" car to follow the bus and use for hotel transportation when overnight stays are required
• Home base located at Thomas Memorial Hospital
• Perform approximately 20 screening mammograms per day
• Work with Hologic Selenia dimensions equipment
• Use EPIC charting system and FUJI Synapse PACS with Volpara software
• 3 years of mammography experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT(R), ARRT(M)
• Must wear black scrubs
• Department-specific orientation provided
• No weekend or holiday requirements currently
• No IV start responsibilities
• No call or standby requirements
• BSN not required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
