Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Rad Tech - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with minimal call requirements
• Perform portable X-rays throughout the facility and in the emergency department
• Operate X-ray equipment in 4 X-ray rooms using GE, Siemens, and Shimadzu equipment
• Handle 4 portable units and work with 2 fluoroscopy rooms when needed
• Complete approximately 20-50 scans/studies per day in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Work alongside other X-ray technicians during shift - will not be working alone
• Use McKesson PACS and EPIC electronic medical record systems
• One year of experience preferred, ideally in a larger, fast-paced hospital setting
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT registration, Washington state DOH imaging license
• Must provide own radiation badge (facility does not provide)
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Two-week orientation program including 2 hours with manager and staff training
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
