Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday operation with hours typically ranging from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though hours may vary depending on patient volume
• 5x8 shift schedule with guaranteed hours
• Take call on evenings and weekends - 2 therapists rotate call every weekend, generally 2 weeks in a row
• Holiday call rotation shared among staff to ensure fairness
• Handle typical patient volume of 50 patients per day
• Work with advanced equipment including Varian Edge with HyperSight and Identify, Varian Ethos with Vision RT, and Siemens Go Open Pro Simulator
• Use Aria Record and Verify System for documentation
• Chart in EPIC system
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Radiation Therapist - ARRT (T) Certificate
• ARRT licensing required
• Fingerprint requirement with remote process requiring 10 days or in-person completion available
• Flu vaccine required by November 15th deadline (medical exemptions allowed with documented evidence)
• Located in basement level across from emergency department
• 50 mile radius rule applies with local candidates accepted at reduced rate

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
