Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts starting at 9:30 AM
• Handle varying caseloads from 0 to 5-6 cases per day
• Perform PCIs, peripherals, diagnostic caths, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters
• Must have experience to help train new nurses
• Knowledge of balloon pumps and STEMI experience preferred
• Scrubbing required for Cath Lab Technologists
• Work with GE equipment
• Use Cerner, Sensis, and Merge charting systems
• Currently have 1 cath lab with plans to expand to 2 cath labs
• Possible call shifts may be required
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy
• BSN not required
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• 50 mile radius rule applies
