Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4 x 10 hour shifts with call on weekends and nights
• 9 hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
• On call hours on a rotational basis, usually 8-9 shifts per month
• 30 minute response time required from time of page
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, IEMA
• Previous cath lab experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• McKesson cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required
• Job duties include scrubbing, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating
• Work with 6 suites/labs handling 10-15 cases per day on average
• Handle cath lab procedures separate from IR and EP
• Use EPIC EMR, PACS and McKesson systems
• Scrubs provided by hospital
• 3-5 day orientation period
• No floating requirements at this time
• Must maintain active IL license
• Must pass drug screen as part of drug-free campus policy
