RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with multiple shift options available: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 1p-1a, 3p-3a, 7p-7a
• Self-scheduling system with no guaranteed shifts until schedule is finalized
• Weekend requirement every third weekend (nights: Friday and Saturday; days: Saturday and Sunday)
• Holiday requirements on rotating basis
• No floating requirements
• Work in 27-bed emergency department treating patients of all ages
• Must pass open book skills exam on Friday during orientation with 90% minimum score required
• Support staff includes aids, EMTs, and paramedics on each shift
• Phlebotomy services available for lab draws
• Use EPIC charting system
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
• Driver's license required at submittal
• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination
• Must live outside 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit facility
• RTO must be requested upfront (7 days or less per 13-week contract)
