Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule follows 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
• On-call responsibilities possible and will be discussed prior to scheduling
• 2 years of experience as an MRI Tech required
• GE 450w scanner experience required - general GE experience mandatory
• Only 3-5 days of training available, must be proficient in scanning procedures
• Epic experience highly recommended
• Work with EPIC charting system
• Required certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and MRI certification OR ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Required skills include coil inspections, inventory management, MRI procedures, and general radiology
• Must be proficient in English (read, write, speak)
• Work in acute care setting with Level 3 trauma designation
• Client may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
