Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 10-hour day shifts with every other weekend (EOW) requirement
• Call requirement includes 1x per week rotation for inpatient and emergent cases
• Weekend call requirement 1 weekend per month from Friday evening through Monday morning
• Work in a 5-suite cardiac catheterization lab performing 10-22 cases per day
• Cases performed with 2 technologists (1 scrubs and 1 monitors hemodynamics)
• Must have current cath lab experience and be comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation
• Experience required with procedural processes, airway management, and cardiac drips (Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors)
• Must be comfortable working with balloon pumps
• Handle STEMI cases as receiving facility
• Perform cardiac/coronary, vascular, peripheral, general IR, and neuro intervention procedures
• Use Cerner charting system
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, Fluoroscopy
• Will NOT accept RCIS or CCT certifications
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Agency provides radiation badge
• Hospital cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
