Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional call
• Mixed shift schedule with occasional weekend call coverage
• Perform 6-8 scans per day with option for additional add-on studies
• 20-minute call response time required when on-call
• Complete variety of ultrasound studies including OB, gynecological, abdominal, vascular, and specialty imaging
• Must have 2+ years of experience and be comfortable with non-echo and vascular studies
• Required certifications: BLS and RDMS
• Preferred certifications: RDMS (OB/GYN), RDMS (AB), RVT
• North Dakota state license required
• May occasionally perform ultrasounds in OR when needed
• Responsibilities include room cleaning, equipment maintenance, stocking supplies, and ensuring safe environment
• Use Philips Epiq 5, Epiq Elite, and Mindray backup equipment
• Work with McKesson, CRTIS, and Meditech systems
• Gray scrubs required (not provided)
• One week orientation with extension if needed
• Flexible scheduling options available including 4x10 hour shifts for long weekends
• Holiday scheduling flexibility with option to work or take time off

Facility:

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive ultrasound department with multiple imaging rooms and specialized equipment. The department currently has one echo room and one general ultrasound room, with plans to expand to two general ultrasound rooms and a dedicated echo room. The facility provides outpatient ultrasound services Monday through Friday with emergency and obstetric coverage as needed. The organization maintains modern Philips imaging equipment and utilizes multiple electronic health record systems to support patient care.
