Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts with options for days (7:30 AM start), afternoons (2:30 PM start), and midnights (11:00 PM start)
• Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts with call rotation including 2 x 12-hour overnights and 1 day shift during the week
• Every 4th weekend on call for 24 hours (7:00 AM Saturday to 7:30 AM Monday)
• Every 4th holiday on call
• Participate in call rotation as required
• Required certifications: ARDMS, ARRT, BLS (AHA)
• ARDMS certification required and depending on job opening, must be certified in vascular
• Active Illinois license required or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Use EPIC EMR and PACS systems
• No IV starts required - facility has IV team
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Department-specific orientation typically one week of training
• 12-hour cancellation policy per 13-week assignment
• Must pass drug screen for all panels as part of drug-free campus policy
