RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts, Wednesday through Friday
• Four 10-hour days with call rotation
• Call schedule consists of one weeknight call every 4 weeks from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and one weekend shift call on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday up to 24 hours per 3-month contract
• Experience required in all areas of the operating room
• Cross-training to Endoscopy provided
• Work with 11 total rooms: 8 OR suites and 3 Endoscopy suites
• Handle approximately 65 cases per day, with 25 Endoscopy cases
• Use Baxter pumps, Robots Phillips, and Dynomap equipment
• Work with DaVinci Robot (experience is a plus)
• Handle all surgical cases except open heart procedures
• Specialties include Vascular, General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, and ENT
• ACLS certification required due to modern sedation protocols
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting system
• BSN not required
• Must reside within 50-mile radius and provide copy of unexpired driver's license
• 2 shifts per 13-week contract cancellation policy
