RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call responsibility required for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• 6-8 days of call per month
• No weekends or holidays unless on call
• Circulating experience required
• Provide nursing support for general surgery, podiatry, cataracts, OB/GYN, pain management, and oculoplasty procedures
• Must reside within 50-mile radius of facility
• Copy of unexpired driver's license required with submission
• Required certification: BLS Certification
• Charting system: TruBridge - Evident
• BSN not required
• Willing to wait for license if needed
• Acute care setting
• Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical services department providing a wide range of surgical procedures including general surgery, podiatry, cataracts, obstetrics and gynecology, pain management, and oculoplasty. The facility maintains a Monday through Friday surgical schedule with call coverage for after-hours emergencies. The organization utilizes modern charting systems and maintains high standards for patient care in an acute care environment.
