Opportunity:
Radiation Therapy - Radiation Therapy
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend work required
• 13-week assignment duration
• Treat cancer patients using x-rays with precise positioning for targeted radiation delivery
• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and standard operating procedures
• Execute precise patient positioning with respect to radiation beam and treatment area
• Observe and assess patients for clinical changes and report signs of complications
• Apply principles of basic radiation physics, radiation interactions, and radiation protection
• Complete quality assurance tracking and maintain required records
• Perform pain assessments and take appropriate action per standard operating procedures
• Required certifications: North Dakota license, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist), BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Minimum 2 years experience in radiation therapy specialty required
• Recent travel experience required with preference for 3 completed assignments
• Epic experience required
• Must wear radiation film badge for safety monitoring
• Complete all required documentation for treatments and procedures

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
