Job Details:

• Call required on a rotating basis, based on number of RNs in rotation
• Possibility that needs may change mid-contract requiring relocation to one of five different locations
• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under direction of licensed physician
• Apply knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods and techniques
• Collaborate with patients, family members, significant others, professional peers and healthcare team members using nursing process
• Individualize patient care based on comprehensive assessment
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to nursing practice standards
• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
