Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Weekly Wednesday start dates available
• 13-week assignment length
• RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 32-bed unit with 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Charting system: Cerner
• Float support to Orthopedics, Comprehensive Medical Unit, Oncology, and Accountability Care Unit
• Care for patients with unknown fevers, DKA, pneumonia, COPD, flu, diabetic ulcers, appendicitis, cellulitis, pancreatitis, and osteomyelitis
• Special procedures include NGT insertions, PICC line management, dressing changes, and wound vac management
