Opportunity:

RN - ICU Float Pool

Job Details:

• Provide care to ICU boarders in the PACU unit
• Expected patient population will be trauma overflow, however previous trauma training is not required
• May float to ED for ICU holds or to other ICU/Stepdown units based on need and census
• Unit operating hours are Monday 7:00 AM to Saturday 7:00 PM, no Sundays
• Blocked scheduling will be considered
• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under physician direction
• Use nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Direct nursing support staff in patient care provision
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred
• PA Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
