Opportunity:
RN - ED ER
Job Details:
• Work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
• Variable mid shifts including evenings and nights
• Float to Central Campus as needed
• WA State or Compact RN Licensure required
• Required certifications: TNCC, PALS, BLS, ACLS (must maintain active status)
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care utilizing nursing process and unit-specific standards
• Develop, implement, and continuously reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Conduct holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Evaluate discharge planning for appropriateness and educational needs
• Provide patient and family education with written informational materials
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate and communicate with all healthcare team members
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to policies
• Function within Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines and legal nursing aspects

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
