Opportunity:
RN - Rehab
Job Details:
• Work evening/night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week for a total of 36 hours
• Float between Central Campus and potentially MOU as needed
• WA State or Compact RN licensure required
• Active BLS certification required and must be maintained
• Coordinate and provide high quality patient care using the nursing process
• Develop, implement and continually reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Perform holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and educational needs
• Provide patient and family education with appropriate health information
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate and communicate with all healthcare team members
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
• Function within Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines and unit-specific standards

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
