Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work day/evening shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week for 36 hours total
• Washington State or Compact RN licensure required
• Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Charge experience preferred
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Perform holistic ongoing patient assessments and respond appropriately
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Evaluate discharge plans and provide patient/family education
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain safe environment
• Must adhere to facility policies, unit standards, and Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines
• Participate in performance evaluation and improvement processes
