Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with early or late start options
• 5x8 hour shifts per week
• 24-hour call coverage every 3-4 weekends
• 24-hour call coverage 1-2 weekdays per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Prepare Cath Lab for cardiac catheterization procedures according to standard operating procedures
• Perform hemodynamic and control room duties with working knowledge of equipment
• Complete patient catheterization reports and correlate analysis of invasive and non-invasive tests
• Maintain proper sterile technique during cardiac cath lab procedures
• Perform and monitor patient stress tests
• Practice radiation safety protocols to protect staff and patients
• Transport patients as needed
• Assess and fulfill patient needs throughout procedures
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and North Dakota Medical Imaging License
• RCIS or RCES highly preferred, will consider candidates with ARRT
• Must meet North Dakota Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board conditional license requirements
• North Dakota Medical Imaging License must be obtained within 12 months of start date
