Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 3, 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)
• Day/Evening shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Washington State or Compact RN licensure required
• Must maintain active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using nursing process and evidence-based practices
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Perform holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Evaluate discharge planning for appropriateness and educational needs
• Provide patient and family education with written informational materials
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate and communicate with all healthcare team members
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
• Address physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients
• Participate in performance evaluation and improvement processes
