Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts with 3x12 schedule
• Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule
• No call responsibilities
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Level 3 NICU experience required
• Required certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS (AHA)
• Pennsylvania state RN license required
• Assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs
• Promote adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve highest level of patient care
• Exhibit compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions
• Coordinate patient care and interaction of staff
• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction
• Optimize all interactions to ensure the best patient and family experience

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
