Opportunity:

RN - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work rotating schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts followed by 3 ten-hour shifts
• Alternating 40-hour and 30-hour weeks totaling 70 hours per pay period
• Day/Evening shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Will be floating as a sitter
• Call responsibilities required
• Must maintain active Washington State or Compact RN license
• CVOR experience required
• Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using nursing process and unit-specific standards
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Provide nursing care including medication administration and nursing procedures
• Complete holistic ongoing patient assessments and respond appropriately
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Teach patients and families appropriate health information
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital policies
• Must adhere to facility policies and Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines
