Opportunity:
RN - PCU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day/evening shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 3 shifts per week with 36-hour weekly commitment
• Washington State or Compact RN licensure required
• Must maintain active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Required to float as a sitter and may float in rotation
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care utilizing nursing process and unit-specific standards
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Complete holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and educational needs
• Teach patients, families, and significant others appropriate health information
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate and communicate with all members of the healthcare team
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
• Function within Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines and unit-specific standards

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
