RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of licensed physician
• Apply knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice
• Use nursing process to collaborate with patients, family members/significant others, professional peers and healthcare team members
• Individualize patient care based on patient needs and circumstances
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to nursing practice standards
• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred
• PA Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Multi State Compact RN License required
• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
