RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour evening/night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week totaling 36 hours
• Required to have Washington State or Compact RN licensure
• Must maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Charge experience preferred
• Required to float as a sitter and may float in rotation
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Complete holistic ongoing patient assessments and respond appropriately
• Teach patients and families health information and provide educational materials
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with all healthcare team members
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital policies
• Must adhere to facility policies and Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines
