RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Every other holiday schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 5+ years of nursing experience required
• Level 3 NICU experience required
• Required certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS (AHA)
• Pennsylvania state RN license required
• Assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs
• Promote adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve highest level of care
• Exhibit compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions
• Coordinate patient care and staff interactions
• Ensure optimal patient and family experience through all interactions
• Promote patient safety and maximize patient satisfaction
