RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work variable mid-shifts and night shifts
• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week totaling 36 hours
• Variable scheduling
• Required to float as a sitter and may float in rotation
• Must maintain Washington State or Compact RN licensure
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care in emergency department setting
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Perform holistic ongoing assessments and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately
• Provide patient and family education with written informational materials
• Delegate and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
• Must adhere to facility policies and unit standards
• Function within guidelines of Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit-specific standards

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
